1- Download Auto Runs.

2- Find the Yellow highlighted Image Path that ends with sysmenu.dll. Usually you can locate those image paths from Schedule Task.
3- Right-click each one and select Delete
4- In the Everything Tab, find all yellow highlighted paths that end with sysmenu.dll and delete them.
5- Restart the computer.
6- Wait at lease 5 minutes to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
(sysmenu.dll usually appears within a minute from rebooting the computer.)
